Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to lead culinary operations at Hackensack Meridian Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, New Jersey. You will oversee daily operations and about 25 frontline staff, ensuring high-quality food and safety with a focus on exceptional dining experiences.

You will standardize processes, mentor staff, and craft innovative menus, while building partnerships that meet client needs and nutritional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• 1–3 years of related culinary experience.
• ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge.
