Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality leadership roles.
• Experience in conceptualizing, costing and executing menus.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control.
• Excellent multitasking, organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and team engagement.
• Passion for exceptional guest experiences and inclusive hospitality.
