Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• 3–5 years as Executive Chef or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Peruvian or Latin cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure authenticity of flavor profiles and techniques.
• Maintain food cost at or below company targets.
• Recruit, hire, and develop BOH team members.
