Executive Chef Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining, upscale Italian restaurant
• Experience with new restaurant openings
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a passion for team development

• Hands-on approach and a deep appreciation for culinary traditions and innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing the kitchen and lead menu creation
• Lead, coach, and mentor the kitchen team to ensure exceptional food quality and consistency
• Oversee all culinary operations, including service periods and special events, ensuring adherence to recipes, presentation standards, portion control, and timing
• Monitor and manage food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen culture
• Uphold standards of cleanliness, food safety, and professionalism
