We are a dynamic, expanding hospitality brand entering several major U.S. markets, seeking a high-energy, inspirational Executive Chef to lead back-of-house operations at one of our newest flagship locations. This is a unique opportunity to shape culinary culture from the ground up within a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate is not just a chef but a coach, mentor, and operator with a passion for food, leadership, and hospitality. The role requires thriving in high-volume environments, leading with empathy and integrity, and a proven track record of excellence in people management.

What We’re Looking For
  • A natural leader with a positive, team-first mindset
  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in high-volume, full-service kitchens
  • Proven ability to manage food and labor costs to meet budget targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in fast-paced settings
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in catering or events (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to collaborate with FOH and event teams for seamless execution
