This successful and growing restaurant group is seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a new Spanish-inspired restaurant focused on premium steaks and authentic tapas. This role calls for a chef with deep knowledge of Spanish cuisine, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in both flavor and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all kitchen operations, from menu development to execution

  • Manage food and labor costs while maintaining the highest standards
  • Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing back-of-house team
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements
