Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Chef III at the University of Minnesota - Rochester Campus. You will lead culinary operations, develop menus, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure food quality and safety. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus according to guidelines, follow recipes, and standards for presentation.
