The Executive Chef will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage food production, and ensure profitability and guest satisfaction within the F&B department.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.
