Executive Chef Requirements:
- 2-3 years prior experience as an EC
- HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
- Strong culinary background. Basic Italian cuisine understanding
- Preferred culinary education and exceptional cooking and knife skills
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Used to high-volume sales
