The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, production oversight, and collaboration with catering teams to deliver exceptional service across multiple events and sites.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and menu planning capabilities.
• Experience with high-volume institutional dining and events.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Office suite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure sanitary work environment.
• Prepare or direct meals in accordance with corporate programs.
• Plan regular and modified menus following guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food prep, safety, and equipment use.
• Maintain inventory and manage waste within guidelines.
