Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Executive Chef in the Orlando area. Bring your culinary leadership to oversee kitchen operations, drive quality meals, and lead a team in a healthcare setting.

This hands-on role welcomes chefs from restaurant, hotel, resort, or catering backgrounds; healthcare experience is not required. Relocation assistance is available if you are outside the area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive kitchen/culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume foodservice; catering experience is a plus.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on flavor, quality, and presentation.
• Plan and execute menus, including modified diets, following established guidelines.
• Coach and train your team in cooking techniques, food safety, and service standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, food costs, portions, and waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen and ensure audit readiness.
