Job Summary

As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. Your responsibilities include managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met, and contributing to the culinary team with the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account.
  2. Plan and create all menus.
  3. Purchase and manage inventory.
  4. Implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience.
  • High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
  • Previous experience managing cost controls.
  • Desire to learn and grow within a top-tier foodservice company.
