A leading foodservice company is seeking an Executive Chef for a new gourmet French outlet in New York City. Responsible for culinary excellence, team management, and меню planning at this new restaurant. Required qualifications include formal French culinary training and significant culinary management experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes health, retirement, and paid leave.
Position Title: Executive Chef - Fauchon
Pay: $15
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 + 20% Bonus Eligibility

Working as the Executive Chef for a brand new, gourmet French food and delicatessen outlet located at 1100 Avenue of the Americas, you are responsible for the effective execution of culinary services for the 75-100 seat restaurant. Fauchon serves Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch Monday through Sunday and closes to the public at 4pm. The outlet will be open for private events in the evenings Monday through Friday. This location is scheduled to open at the end of September.
French Culinary Training is required in this role.
