Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role in Food & Beverage (Sous Chef or Exec Chef) required.

• Excellent communication and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train all F&B and kitchen staff.
• Direct scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure inventory, purchasing, and cost controls meet profit goals.
• Develop menus & specials while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are strictly followed.
