Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading food service, dining, or kitchen operations.
• ServSafe Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Experience managing high-volume meal service and special events or catering
• Strong menu planning and recipe development experience
• Knowledge of food and labor cost controls, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and dependable, with the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
