Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group in Annapolis, MD seeks an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, uphold top food quality and hygiene standards, and creatively manage menus and costs.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, labor control, training of staff, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A BS in Culinary, 4–6 years of fine-dining experience, and ServSafe are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a BS/BA degree or equivalent in a culinary field of study.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years high volume fine dining experience.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of all food.
• Ensure meals are produced on time and within budget.
• Recruit, supervise and develop kitchen staff.
• Monitor labor and food costs to meet budget goals.
• Drive menu creativity and standard operating procedures.
