Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking an Executive Chef to direct a full-service kitchen and dining staff within an Independent Living community in Ohio. The role oversees menus, staff, inventory, and daily food production to deliver high-quality meals three times daily and special dining experiences.
The position requires five or more years in dining and cooking, preferably in healthcare or restaurant settings, and a Serv-Safe certification.

The Executive Chef is a full time salaried position directing a full service kitchen and wait staff providing three meals a day and specialty dining experiences. The position manages the back of the house staff and schedules; ordering and inventory; daily oversight of food production and quality. Working closely with the Associate Director of Dining Services, the position will provide direction for cooks, wait staff, and others to ensure all functions of the Dining Department are preformed efficiently and correctly.

Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED
Licensure: Serv-Safe certification
Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in the dining and cooking field; preferably in a healthcare & restaurant setting
