Job summary

Fortune Bay Resort Casino seeks an Executive Chef to lead all food production across outlets, banquets, and venues. You will uphold high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, food safety, and financial performance.

Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and department leaders to develop menus, control costs, and ensure consistent culinary standards throughout the property.

Strong culinary, leadership, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee culinary operations to ensure consistent food quality, portion control, presentation, and timely service.
Develops and implements menus, recipes, seasonal specials, signature items, and new culinary concepts.
Maintains recipes, procedures, sizes, plating standards, yields, and food costs.
Works with Marketing on culinary promotions, events, and revenue initiatives.
Provides hands-on leadership during high-volume operations and events.
