Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily culinary operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and team performance.
  • Develop menus incorporating local ingredients and seasonal flavors.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • A.S. or equivalent experience.

  • High-volume, complex foodservice experience desirable.
