Job Summary:

Seeking an organized, inspirational culinary leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food prep. The Executive Chef will demonstrate culinary skills, develop staff, and improve satisfaction while maintaining financial goals and safety standards.

Leading Culinary Operation:
  • Manage food production, quality, safety, and team performance.
  • Create appealing food presentations and develop menus with seasonal ingredients.
  • Source fresh ingredients, ensure product consistency, and research customer preferences.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods, demonstrate techniques, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Business & Financial Acumen:
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage expenses, control costs, and oversee inventory and purchasing.
  • Analyze financial data to adjust plans and meet budgets.
Customer Service & Team Management:
  • Ensure resident satisfaction through training and engagement.
  • Lead team meetings, set performance goals, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognize team achievements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A.S. or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive culinary management experience.
  • Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred.
  • Hands-on chef experience required.
  • Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification is a plus.
