Job Summary:

Seeking an organized culinary leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food prep. The Executive Chef will demonstrate culinary skills, develop staff, and improve satisfaction while ensuring financial goals are met and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead food production, quality, safety, and team performance.
  • Develop menus with seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate activities.
  • Maintain product consistency and monitor food quality.
  • Research customer preferences and innovate menu offerings.
  • Train staff on new techniques and equipment.
  • Manage food costs and inventory control.
  • Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume operations.
  • Hands-on chef experience required.
  • Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
