Job Summary:

Seeking an organized culinary leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and food prep. The role involves delivering high-quality food, developing staff, and ensuring safety and sanitation compliance while meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading culinary production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Menu development and sourcing fresh ingredients
  • Maintaining consistency and researching customer preferences
  • Preparing and cooking a variety of foods, demonstrating techniques, supervising staff, and ensuring safety standards

Business & Financial Management:

  • Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial data
  • Overseeing inventory, purchasing, and staff scheduling

Customer Service & Team Management:

  • Creating resident satisfaction through training and engagement
  • Leading team meetings, setting goals, and providing feedback
  • Fostering a fair and supportive work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience
  • Extensive catering and high-volume operation experience
  • Hands-on chef experience and knowledge of trends, sanitation, and food costs
  • Computer proficiency, ServSafe certification preferred
