CCL Hospitality Group, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our scratch kitchen, bringing high-quality dining experiences to our residents and guests in scenic Bar Harbor, Maine. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily culinary operations, including food preparation, presentation, safety, sanitation, and team performance.
  • Develop menus with local and seasonal ingredients, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
