Job Summary: As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing cost controls and expenditures
  2. Handling catering and events
  3. Planning and creating menus
  4. Purchasing and managing inventory
  5. Implementing new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • High-volume production and catering experience
  • Experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to grow within a top foodservice company
