Qualifications

• 4+ years kitchen management experience.
• 5+ years cooking experience.

• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.
• Proven ability to lead and train a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to set a high standard in the kitchen by example.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures.
