Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining with annual sales of $5M+
• Strong leadership and back‑of‑house operations knowledge
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
• Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house guest experience
• Availability to work 10‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• ServSafe and Allergy certifications required or in good standing
