Job summary

Lancer Hospitality is seeking an experienced executive chef for our Saint Paul, MN property. You will lead the BOH, set quality standards, and craft menus that showcase innovative cuisine while maintaining cost controls.

This full-time, onsite role offers a $65,000–$75,000 annual compensation, generous benefits, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. You’ll mentor kitchen staff, plan events, and drive excellence across all food production areas.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
