Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff
  • Ensure quality and presentation of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Develop and standardize recipes and menus
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and safety compliance
  • Hire, train, and evaluate kitchen personnel
  • Coordinate special events and maintain kitchen cleanliness

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • Two to four years of related experience
  • ServSafe certification and food handling licenses
