We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Las Vegas As an Indian restaurant we are looking for a chef who is well-versed in Indian cuisine and can bring their expertise and creativity to our menu The ideal candidate will have a passion for food excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of kitchen operations

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
• Train and manage kitchen staff ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management on budgeting cost control and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
