Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations for an 800-bed healthcare dining account. You will lead a team of about 30 associates and ensure safety and sanitation standards across the account.

Responsibilities include managing costs, planning menus, purchasing and inventory control, and launching new culinary programs with the marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.

Job Summary

Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for an 800-bed healthcare dining account. You will manage and lead a team of around 30 associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertain to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
