Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced executive chef for Miles College in Fairfield, AL. As part of the Elior Collegiate Dining team, you will lead food production, ensure quality and safety, and deliver delicious, healthy meals for guests on campus.

You will supervise cooks, develop standardized recipes, manage costs, and participate in events. The role requires at least three years of culinary experience and proficiency with budget statements; a culinary degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsibilities
