Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee menus and kitchen operations at our Bloomfield Hills property. You will develop unique, cuisine-appropriate menus and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices, ensuring quality and profitability.

• Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
• Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
• Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
