About Us:

We are now seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of one of our premier concepts and continue setting the standard for excellence.

The Opportunity:
As Executive Chef, you’ll take full ownership of kitchen operations and menu development while playing a key leadership role in the overall guest experience. You’ll be responsible for guiding a talented team, refining systems, and driving creativity and consistency in every dish. This is more than a back-of-house role—it’s an opportunity to shape the identity of a top-tier restaurant in collaboration with the K5 leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all culinary operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Develop and evolve seasonal, ingredient-driven menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the back-of-house team, cultivating a strong and positive kitchen culture.
  • Collaborate with FOH and executive leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Maintain food and labor cost targets through smart ordering, scheduling, and inventory practices.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and elevate the dining experience with fresh, inspired ideas.

Who You Are:
  • A proven culinary leader with 7+ years of experience in upscale, high-volume kitchens.
  • 3+ years in an Executive Chef or equivalent role.
  • Deep knowledge of Modern American cuisine or contemporary dining concepts.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing food/labor budgets.
  • Excellent communicator and team-builder who leads with integrity and professionalism.
  • Passionate about seasonal ingredients, kitchen innovation, and hospitality-driven dining.
  • Culinary degree is preferred, but exceptional experience and leadership can speak for itself.
