Oxbow Assisted Living and Memory Care seeks a Dining Services Director to lead our dining program and supervise a dedicated team. The role requires taking ownership of the entire dining operation to ensure residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

The position emphasizes analytical, self-starting leadership with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy in a demanding environment.

Oxbow Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a dedicated person to lead our Dining Services Program. The opportunity demands someone who is a natural self-starter and takes pride in excellence. The Dining Services Director, as a working supervisor, is responsible for complete operational oversight of the entire Dining Program and ensuring the seniors in our community are provided with the highest quality of dining services. This analytical, take charge leader works independently on many projects at once while ensuring accuracy remains at a premium and deadlines are met.
