Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking an Executive Driver/Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet transportation for executives and family members. This is a part-time, on-call role with a flexible schedule seven days a week, including daytime and evening hours, with occasional overnight travel.

The role requires professional driving experience, a strong understanding of vehicle operations and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of sedans/SUVs and other vehicles.
• Solid knowledge of motor vehicle laws and safe driving practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan routes and estimate travel times using GPS or maps.
• Basic vehicle maintenance awareness and reporting issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with executives and family members.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate luxury vehicles.
• Transport clients to meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with executives and family members.
• Communicate professionally with clients and assistants via phone, text, or email.
• Coordinate with assistants on schedules, destinations, and special transportation needs.
• Navigate using GPS/maps and monitor traffic for delays.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and compliant with laws.
• Remain available at locations when end times are uncertain.
• Accommodate reasonable special requests, including items in the vehicle.
• Complete required expense reports and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a courteous, service-oriented demeanor at all times.
