Under general supervision, enhance gaming revenue growth through developing our customer database. Develop new and existing players to increase trip frequency and theoretical/earning potential while providing exceptional guest services. Ensure guests have a memorable experience, address their needs, and act on their behalf to secure information and reservations for visits, events, and promotions. Actively prospect new business and seek higher-level player sign-ups.
Typically, these skills are acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent, plus three years of progressive casino, marketing, or sales experience, including one year in player development, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
