Job summary

Google Public Sector seeks an Executive Business Partner to act as a strategic, proactive partner to senior leadership, driving organizational efficiencies and cross-functional projects with significant autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, preferably within a large technology or Public Sector organization.
  • Experience managing and independently driving cross-functional projects and events from pre-planning to execution in an ambiguous environment.
  • Experience mentoring team members and demonstrating leadership within an administrative community.
  • Familiarity with Google products and services to strategically support team projects.
  • Ability to identify operational efficiencies and build collaborative relationships with senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core administrative and program management tasks independently, anticipating needs and proposing operational improvements to support business strategy.
  • Scope, manage, and independently drive cross-functional, medium- to large-scale projects and events from initiation through delivery in an ambiguous environment.
  • Draft high-impact materials and formulate nuanced communication strategies for internal and external audiences, managing information flow for the executive.
  • Establish exemplary trust with senior leaders and cross-functional partners, acting as a critical bridge for the executive's office.
  • Foster a team culture and exhibit community leadership by mentoring new team members and administrative professionals.
