Job summary

Taxbit is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support multiple members of the leadership team across global time zones. This 8-month contract (Dec 2026–Jul 2027) focuses on calendar management, project tracking, and operational coordination, including AI-driven workflow enhancements.

You will champion Taxbit culture, coordinate communications, and help drive OKRs and KPIs while partnering with Corporate Engineering to ensure seamless technical services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in an Executive BP or similar role.
• Proven track record supporting multiple executives with proactive communication.
• Data-forward with strong data visualization skills in Excel/PowerPoint; proficient in Excel formulas, charts, pivots, and v-lookups.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders and executives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high attention to detail.
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools and automated workflows to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

Opportunity for Impact

The role of an Executive Business Partner (EBP) at Taxbit will be to support and enable our leadership team by assisting in their day-to-day administrative and operational needs. EBPs will actively participate in and contribute to projects that help drive strategic initiatives in their areas of focus. They will play a critical role in supporting a growing number of business functions throughout the organization and providing leverage to their leadership pod. This particular 8-month contract is coverage for an upcoming maternity leave and will begin in December 2026 and end in July 2027.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support multiple members of the Taxbit leadership team in calendar management across global time zones with the CEO being the primary responsibility
• Communicate promptly and proactively via internal communication channels
• Assist with business workflow management, which could include support for delegation, organization, and presentation of business objectives and outcomes
• Become a strong ambassador for culture and community at Taxbit by modeling Taxbit values and amplifying cultural norms
• Assist the leadership team in the tracking of key programs, project portfolio management, data management, milestones, and overall progress of critical functional OKRs and KPIs
• Contribute to team cohesion by organizing and supporting offsites, organizing production materials and any supplemental materials, and tracking progress of all actions for successful event execution
• Partner with Corporate Engineering to ensure technical services are at Taxbit s expectations
• Continuously improve on functional design and impact of the role as Taxbit continues to scale
• Operate with humility and rigor; proactively address new and emerging opportunities as they arise

Professional Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in an Executive BP, executive assistant, or similar role
• Proven track record supporting multiple executives with prompt, proactive communication
• Data-forward with strong data visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools; proficient in Excel functions including: basic formulas, chart creations, pivot tables, and v-lookups
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders and executives
• Extraordinary attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on operational process, driving towards efficiency
• Experience implementing AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini), custom prompts, and automated workflows within the Executive Business Partner function to optimize operations and workflows; demonstrated ability to transform generic AI filler into polished, accurate output

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $10,000 per month on a fixed-term contract.
