Role Title: Executive Business Development & Capital Raising Associate

Company: Alpha Hub (Subsidiary of Konzortia Capital)

Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

Initial Term: 6 months (Equity-Based Compensation)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Common stock issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M), plus Commission. After 6 months, transition to salary + bonus + equity.

Scope of Work

This isn't just a role—it's a launchpad for your career. Reporting directly to our visionary CEO (and secondarily to the Chief of Staff), you'll be at the heart of our capital raising and business development efforts. You'll drive investor engagement, craft compelling outreach strategies, and support the operations that will fuel our growth.

Responsibilities
  • Be the driving force behind investor meetings—scheduling, preparing, and following up like a pro.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot preferred) updated with the latest leads and insights.
  • Respond to inbound investor inquiries with speed and finesse.
  • Create eye-catching short-form videos, pitch messages, and updates that captivate investors.
  • Help design and refine our capital raising documents, ensuring every detail is pitch-perfect.
  • Maintain consistency in our branding and messaging across all investor touchpoints.
  • Assist with investor funnels and email marketing campaigns that convert.
  • Proactively research and connect with potential investors on LinkedIn and beyond.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on special projects and team coordination.
Ideal Profile

We're looking for a rising star who's eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact. If you're a natural communicator with a passion for fintech and a knack for building relationships, this is your chance to shine.

  • Extremely outgoing, charismatic, and articulate.
  • Confident on camera and in live investor meetings.
  • A natural persuader who can build rapport with C-level executives and investors.
  • Prior experience in capital markets, private equity, or fundraising is a plus—but your potential matters most.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (especially HubSpot), Canva, Jira, or Notion is a bonus.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and entrepreneurial.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree (completed or in progress) in business, finance, marketing, economics, international relations, or a related field.
  • Whether you're just starting your career or have a few years under your belt, we value your potential and enthusiasm above all.
  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Airtable, Figma, LinkedIn, and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, or fintech trends is a plus.
  • Bonus points for experience in user research, product briefs, or investor engagement.

Compensation
