Role Title:Executive Business Development & Capital Raising Assistant

Company:Alpha Hub (Subsidiary of Konzortia Capital)

Initial Term:6 months (Equity-Based Compensation)

Start Date:ASAP

Compensation:Shares issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M), plus Commission. After 6 months, transition to salary + bonus + equity.

Scope of Work

This role offers exceptional growth opportunities and direct mentorship from industry leaders who are architecting the future of private capital markets. Reporting directly to our visionary CEO (and secondarily to the Chief of Staff), you'll be instrumental in our capital raising and business development efforts, driving investor engagement while developing your expertise in the platform that will redefine how private capital operates globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead investor relationship management– coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining follow-up communications
  • Manage our CRM system(HubSpot preferred) with detailed lead tracking and investor insights
  • Handle inbound investor inquirieswith professionalism and strategic thinking
  • Create compelling contentincluding short-form videos, pitch presentations, and investor updates
  • Collaborate on capital raising materialsensuring consistency and professional presentation
  • Maintain brand standardsacross all investor communications and touchpoints
  • Develop marketing campaignsincluding investor funnels and email sequences
  • Conduct strategic researchand networking to identify potential investors via LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Support executive initiativesworking closely with CEO and Chief of Staff on high-impact projects

  • Interest in capital markets, private equity, or fundraising (experience preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, design tools (Canva), or project management systems is valuable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Preferred Background

  • Degree (completed or in progress) in business, finance, marketing, economics, international relations, or related field
  • Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, LinkedIn, and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, or private capital markets trends
  • Background in user research, product development, or investor relations is a plus

Compensation Structure
