Job Title: Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing technology company. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with go-to-market (GTM) teams, sales leaders, and executives to design and execute impactful executive briefings. What you will be doing:

  1. Design and Execution of Briefings
    Plan and deliver tailored executive briefings in both in-person and virtual formats.
    Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience from start to finish.
  2. End-to-End EBC Management
    Manage the complete EBC process, including initial intake requests, agenda creation, and preparation.
    Partner with field stakeholders to design customer-centric and relevant discussion topics.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration
    Source and coordinate executive and product leaders to participate in briefings.
    Build agendas that align with customer goals and corporate strategy.
  4. Preparation Support
    Schedule and lead prep calls to ensure briefing documents are completed.
    Procure any additional materials required for briefing success.
  5. On-Site Hosting
    Host briefings on the day of the event, including preparing account teams, setting up meeting spaces, and facilitating conversations.
    Capture notes and support follow-up actions to maximize outcomes.
  6. Feedback and Reporting
    Collect and analyze post-briefing feedback to refine processes and improve future engagements.
    Ensure all next steps are documented and communicated effectively.
  7. Event Volume
    Manage approximately 10–15 executive briefings per quarter across various formats: on-site at headquarters, roadshows in key markets, and virtual sessions.

What you must have:

  1. 5+ years of relevant coordination and executive briefing experience, preferably within a go-to-market function (sales, customer success, solutions consulting, or marketing).
  2. Prior experience in an Executive Briefing Center role is strongly preferred.
  3. Proven ability to interact effectively with executive-level customer audiences.
  4. Adept at managing high-stakes situations with poise and professionalism.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  7. Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  8. Demonstrates grace under pressure and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  9. Proficient with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides).
  10. Familiarity with Briefing Source and Salesforce is a plus.
  11. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts effectively.
  12. Experience managing schedules for events is a strong advantage.
  13. Prior experience working with sales teams to align briefing content with customer needs is highly desirable.

Salary/Rate Range: $65.00 – $70.00 /hour

Other Information:

  • Employment Type: Full-time contract
  • Travel Requirements: ~10% travel per quarter
