Job summary

UN Women is seeking a National Consultant to design, develop and deliver a Learning Module on the Role of the Board and Governing Bodies for the National Governance Program in Lebanon. The role requires developing comprehensive learning materials, adapting content to the Lebanese public sector, and ensuring alignment with international governance standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Governance, or related field.
• At least 7 years designing and delivering executive learning or capacity-building in public governance.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills for executive education.
• Proven ability to translate governance concepts into practical learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver the Learning Module on Role of the Board and Governing Bodies.
• Create Learning Guide, Participant Handbook, Facilitator Guide and presentations.
• Coordinate with UN Women, OMSAR and stakeholders; adapt content to Lebanese context.
