ALM First is looking for a dynamic Executive Benefits Consultant to join its expanding team and help organizations attract and retain top leadership talent through customized benefit solutions. This role goes beyond sales! It’s about building meaningful partnerships, advising top executives, and delivering tailored financial strategies that drive business success.

With a goal of delivering client-focused executive benefits programs for credit unions, not-for-profits, and banking industry leaders, ALM First is now expanding into additional industries to bring its expertise to a broader audience. As an Executive Benefits Consultant, you’ll engage directly with industry leaders, providing consultative guidance on executive benefits and compensation strategies. You’ll play a key role in shaping leadership teams, expanding client relationships, and making a meaningful impact on the organizations you serve.

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably working with financial institutions, credit unions, banking, healthcare, or higher education.
  • A strong track record of consultative sales, engaging executives and board members.
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, and strategic sales planning (cold-calling included).
  • A background in finance, capital markets, lending, or executive compensation is a plus.
  • Confidence in presenting and building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • A Life Insurance License is required; (CLU designation is a plus).
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and keep a flexible schedule.
