Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking an Executive Benefits Analyst in Atlanta, GA. In this hybrid role, you'll provide exemplary service to clients regarding their benefit programs. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of corporate experience preferably in the Financial Services or Benefits Industry. Responsibilities include managing plan enrollments and communicating benefits to participants. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a 401(k), medical insurance, and two Global Wellbeing Days each year.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Executive Benefits Analyst

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta, GA offices.

What the day will look like

Provide exemplary service to Aon clients by consulting on plan design and managing administration services.

  • Managing annual plan enrollments, including email campaigns
  • Providing accurate deliverables in a timely manner
  • Communicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Identify and implement ideas for improvement across the line of business and the department

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 2 to 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Benefits Industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn intermediate concepts in a short time frame

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
