• Supervises Civil Engineer Branch personnel management at least 25% of the time.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Civil Engineer Branch.
• Represents the Civil Engineer Branch with installation and functional area organizations to influence, motivate, and persuade them to accept options or take actions related to assigned programs.
• Provides executive-level management and professional engineering direction as well as supervisory leadership of the Fire Emergency Services provided from two on-site Fire Stations.
• Serves as the Base Fire Marshall (BFM).
• Implements effective planning and management resources to meet both wartime and peacetime requirements.
• Provides direction and continuing management actions to ensure all construction programs.
