Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD with medical education experience or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in medical education programs or schools.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation.
• Experience with board exam preparation and remediation.
• Strong data analytics and outcomes assessment background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Department of Medical Education, including faculty, staff, programs, resources, and budget.
• Oversee student academic success, progression, remediation, advising, and early intervention for at-risk students.
• Ensure assessment of outcomes and coordinate data analytics for program and board readiness.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to maintain an integrated, student-centered curriculum.
• Support accreditation activities and strategic planning.
• Teach if needed and contribute to scholarly activities.
