Custom Business Sales is Utah's highest-rated business brokerage. We help our clients buy and sell small and medium-sized businesses across the nation.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help us track, manage, and complete our various company and client projects.

Position Details

  • "Executive Assistant"
  • Work from home / remote (no in-person meetings)
  • Starting at 15 hours per week, with potential for more if desired
  • Flexible timing throughout the day and week
  • $15/hr

Responsibilities

  • Track our clients' progress, appointments, next steps, billable hours, and invoicing
  • Prepare reports for our team and clients
  • Manage buyer emails inquiring about our businesses for sale
  • Emailing brokers from other firms on behalf of our buyers
  • Managing digital files
  • Zoom/video conference calls with team members and occasionally with clients
  • Few, if any, traditional phone calls required
  • No sales or prospecting required

Requirements

  • Detailed and organized
  • Native English speaker
  • Great email communicator
  • Fluent with G Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides
  • Able to learn new computer skills quickly
  • Pass a background check and skills assessment
  • College degree and professional experience is a big plus
