A leading global advisory firm is seeking an Executive Assistant in Washington, D.C. This role involves providing administrative support to Partners, managing schedules, and enhancing productivity. Brunswick Group is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant in our Washington, D.C. location. In this role, you will serve as an administrative business partner and provide excellent daily support to four client-facing Partners in the firm, who may or may not be based in your local office.
The nature of this role requires you to maintain a firm understanding of our goals as a firm and the role of our partnership to play an active role in supporting those efforts. While providing administrative support, you would also have the opportunity to serve as a thought partner and driver of our Partner’s efforts, while working in stride with the local Office Manager, Administrative Assistants and collaborating with the U.S. administrative team and other like-minded specialists on the professional services team across the U.S.

Compensation
The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation:
In Washington, DC., the annual compensation for this role will be $95,000 - $105,000.
If an offer is extended to an applicant in Washington, DC., the applicant will be paid in line with this range and based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.This range applies only to the Washington, D.C. position, and salaries in other offices and regions will vary based on an applicant’s experience and qualifications, as well as the competitive landscape.
Bonus Eligibility : Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual performance and the overall performance of the Firm.
