Role Overview

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to two busy executives, helping them manage both business and personal priorities. Your ability to create order, anticipate needs, and execute with precision will be essential to their success.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Calendar Management

  • Manage calendars for both executives—book meetings, resolve conflicts, confirm attendance
  • Schedule both personal and professional appointments
  • Handle inbox triage and follow-ups

Logistics & Task Execution

  • Coordinate travel arrangements: flights, hotels, ground transportation
  • Handle online purchases, vendor follow-ups, and service bookings
  • Manage to-do lists, reminders, and recurring admin tasks

Project Coordination & Organization

  • Set up task tracking systems
  • Organize documents, notes, and light data entry for personal records
  • Support with event logistics and small-scale planning
  • Create systems to streamline workflows and recurring tasks
Must-Haves
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills
  • 1–3+ years of experience supporting executives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn tools
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or startup environments
  • Background supporting founders, VCs, or executives
