• Serve as executive assistant to an assigned Vice President, acting as liaison with the public, students, staff and campus officials.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, budgets, and reports for the Vice President’s Office.
• Develop and implement office procedures; supervise lower-level staff and student workers.
• Prepare, transcribe, and edit correspondence, minutes, reports, and other materials.

Education

Two years of college-level coursework or specialized training in business, secretarial science, office automation, or related field
